Day One.
(long before day one was cool). Yes, each and every one of us living beings can be proud of at least one small accomplishment: a fierce battle of survival with millions of competitors: We're the only sperms that made it! Now, surely, we can all do way better than just that, no? Yes. So, here's one simple way that you, as an individual, can help plant 20 million job seeds of entrepreneurial growth. Because, in these very shakey economic times, the job you help create may be your own. Welcome to the Sperm Seed Money Auction! In just a few short paragraphs, you will find out how to: 1. Make sure that you and your family's butts don't get booted out into the street due to downsizing, outsourcing, or some nifty employee-reducing invention. 2. Become the next happy owner of this utterly true collector's item Sperm T-shirt and make a generous 50% profit on it by owning it for just one month. 3. Get a more rewarding and secure career. 4. Have a few laughs in these stressful times. If you want to do any or all of the above, just read the auction details below:
The EXTREMELY Rare Collector's Item Pictured above is THE one and only ORIGINAL Global Suggestion Box Sperm T-shirt. It was created way back in 1993 (note the copyright notice on the bottom left of the tee). And, yes. It's used. And it's still being used. But HOW it's being used is what makes it so special. Firstly, before being lost in storage for almost two decades during some very rough (albeit creative) adventures, this shirt was worn at least a dozen times by the only sperm that made it: An energetic and enthusiastic CEO who has now created the 20 Million Jobs in 20 Months Campaign! That was then. This is Now. In addition to its already boring history in storage (it was found a couple weeks ago in a hefty bag full of old clothes), THE one and only Sperm T-shirt will also be the official attire of choice for that very same persistent CEO inventor during all of the 20mj campaign events. This will include funding application meetings with endless bankers and bureaucrats; shameless schmoozing with politicians and pundits, larfing it up with talk show hosts and taco makers, etc.. Why wear such a silly t-shirt to a banker meeting? Well, firstly, realize that start-up companies are THE number one source of new job creation. Number one. So, as start-ups go, the Sperm T-shirt is a perfect metaphor. Anyway, we're not stupid. We know that the banker mindset cannot tolerate refreshing frankness without a whole lot of ridiculously irrelevant bells and whistles attached. Therefore, initially, this spermy auction t-shirt will be worn underneath a rather tasteful and conservative three-piece business suit. However, when the loan application is inevitably rejected due to lack of collateral (or whatever, la dee da), our entrepreneurial hero CEO will then stand up, remove his glasses, loosen his tie, and rip open his overly expensive button-down white-collar shirt, just like Clark Kent -- ducking into the nearest phonebooth (remember those?) to make yet another optimistic appointment with yet another unyielding banker. All captured on video. Yep. Why? To entertainingly document the incredible difficulty that entrepreneurs experience when trying to obtain capital for their start-up companies -- no matter how valid, no matter how feasible, no matter how sensible, no matter how profitable, no matter how beneficial to society at large, no matter how well-thought-out the business plan is. No cigar without collateral or co-signers. BANKER: "Can you REALLY create 20 million jobs in 20 months?" CEO: "Yes. I can." BANKER: "I see that. But it doesn't matter. Loan rejected." Hence the campaign that you are reading about, at this very moment. In any case, title ownership of THE one and only Sperm T-shirt is now being auctioned off to the general public in order to raise capital to get the 20 Million Jobs Campaign off the ground, and running!
We're putting the ten E's in greeeeeeeeeen! One of which is: Employment As in: Creating local green jobs which cannot be easily exported or outsourced. It's a win win win scenario for all concerned. Unless you're a naysayer, of course. When we say this is a grassroots effort, we mean it! The proceeds from this auction will be used for many things. Firstly, to purchase campaign advertising as well as the initial batch of campaign products. Which in turn will be sold off so that all of the sales can be leveraged in order to nurture and/or fund (mostly green) start-up companies across America -- to create green jobs that cannot be exported or outsourced -- that's the goal. These kinds of jobs will be good for every local economy, not just America's. Nurture start-up companies how? By creating the first several dozen of the 20 million jobs: ( see also: www.NeedSheet.com ) How does the 20mj Seed Money Auction work? Firstly, know this. It's unique. It's going to be unlike any auction you've ever known. Every month, for each of the 20 months of the 20 million jobs campaign, the highest bidder of the month will receive the technical title ownership of the shirt that's up for auction. But only for a term of one month. See? We will keep possession of the shirt in order to continue the 20 month 20 million jobs auction. The CEO needs to bring the shirt to all of the planned promotional events and video productions. This will increase its collector's item value, month by month, as the campaign becomes more and more popular. Event by event, day by day, you'll soon understand how the shirt naturally becomes more and more valuable. Then, for each of the 20 months of the campaign, we will auction off the shirt on behalf of its current title owner. New bids will start at triple the previous month's selling price. Thus fetching at least a 50% profit for the current owner. Which could be you! To help fund the 20 million jobs creation effort, we will split the sale of the shirt every month with the previous owner. He or she makes 50% on their investment and we use the other half to hire more people and/or assist other companies in doing the same. At the end of the 20 months, actual physical possession of the shirt will be given to the final highest bidder. This special 20 month auction is creatively designed to triple the value of the shirt every single month of the campaign! Get it? EXAMPLE: Month 1 -- Highest bid = $500. Highest bidder takes legal title ownership of the shirt for one month, but it stays with the campaign for the rest of the 20 month auction. We then set the starting bid for next month's auction at triple the selling price of the previous month. Why? Because the campaign itself has made the shirt more valuable. You'll see how as the campaign progresses. Month 2 -- Highest bid = $1,500 (at the very least). Highest bidder for month #2 takes legal ownership of the shirt. Previous owner gets half of the newest highest bid: $750. Since they paid $500, that's a $250 profit. Month 3 -- Highest bid = $4,500 (at the very least). Highest bidder for month #3 takes legal ownership of the shirt. Previous owner gets half of the newest highest bid: $2,250. Since they paid $1,500, that's a $750 profit. Month 4 -- Highest bid = $13,500 (at the very least). Highest bidder for month #4 takes legal ownership of the shirt. Previous owner gets half of the newest highest bid: $6,750. Since they paid $4,500, that's a $2,250 profit. And so forth, for 20 months. It adds up methodically, month by month, exponentially. Just like the respective jobs which the auction sales will produce. What's The Money For? Creating New Jobs! We will be working hard every month to expand the campaign in order to bring in higher bids by approaching wealthier and wealthier philanthropists and other interested parties who will place increasingly higher bids, thus funding the monthly 20mj campaign. And perhaps you and/or your own venture. We will also be inviting speculators and traders to the auction who wish to make money on the monthly bidding. This is known as leveraging the very best dynamics of the Free Market system by increasing the market value of a product or service through hard work and creativity. Would you like a much better job that is more rewarding and secure? Naturally, as each month progresses, we will be working with as many new start-up companies as we can possibly afford to help, in order to assist them in succeeding -- thus creating more new jobs. Like a much better job for you! Every cent of the campaign proceeds from our end goes to creating jobs. Besides selling 20mj campaign shirts for $20 each, our Seed Money (Sperm T-shirt) Auction is one of the many creative ways that we will be raising capital to fund and/or nurture (mostly green) start-up companies in America -- to reach our goal of 20 million long-term profitable jobs in 20 months. NOTE: The monthly auction winners are free to do whatever they wish with their own proceeds. May we suggest using the funds to create more new jobs? Just an idea. We'd be glad to help. Bid high, bid often. Help solve America's job problem in this highly competitive Global Economy, before the U.S.A. turns into a third world nation. Can't afford to bid in the Seed Money (Sperm T-shirt) Auction? Understood. Times are tough. But perhaps you can see your way clear to purchasing one of the 20 million jobs campaign t-shirts for $20. It would help the project immensely. And the job you help create may be your own! Let the bidding begin for Month #1 Show me and I remember. Involve me and I understand." ~ Benjamin Franklin Bidding starts at: $One Ben Franklin -- also known as $100 US: www.NeedSheet.comBids for Month #1 will be accepted until midnight on Thursday, June 30th, 2011. Qualified bidders only. To verify that your bid is valid, you must buy one of our 20 million jobs campaign t-shirts for $20. This purchase effectively registers your bid as one being made by an actual person with the potential ability to pay. The purchase of a single campaign t-shirt entitles the purchaser to free bids for all 20 months of the campaign. So, no need to buy a separate t-shirt for each and every month of the 20 month auction, but you're encouraged to do so if you can afford it and want to help create jobs in America. What happens if the highest bidder decides not to honor their bid? If the highest bidder does not follow through with their bid in a particular month, the next highest bidder will be awarded title ownership of the one and only Seed Money (Sperm) T-shirt for the duration of one month. * NOTES: 1. Initial bid tripling will continue each month unless it gets too high to sustain starting bid tripling. At such a time, the monthly starting bids will adjust to the market accordingly, but the starting bid and split configurations will be set so that there is no less than a 10% net gain for the previous month's owner. 2. If the minimum starting bid is not met for a particular month, the current owner will have the option to (a) accept lower bids or (b) retain ownership for another month. 3. Previous owner has one final option each month to bid higher than the highest bid of the month. This owner option bid must be at least 20% higher and must be paid in full within one hour of the monthly auction ending.
